Nelly Temraz

P.T (M.Sc. PT) Physiotherapist

Nelly Temraz is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She holds an M.Sc. in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University. Nelly combines hands-on manual therapy treatments, customized therapeutic exercises, and education in each patient’s treatment plan.

She is dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality care to help patients recover, avoid re-injury, and return to pain-free activities. Nelly believes in being an integral part of your healthcare team, emphasizing an integrated multidisciplinary approach and patient education to achieve treatment goals.

Outside of work, Nelly enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. They love traveling, connecting with extended family, going for walks, supporting local events in the Whitby community, and skiing in the winter!
