  • No Belly Coning or Doming/diastasis recti: avoid exercise that put too much srain on the abdominal and avoid pooching out
  • No abdominal/vaginal pain during your workout
  • Leakage/Incontinence: during workout: such as crunches, jumping jack, running
  • No heaviness in the pelvic region/organs coming out of your vaginal
