Registered Physiotherapist
Teresa is a Registered Physiotherapist who earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2025 and holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology and Physical Education. She is committed to supporting patient progress and overall success by building strong therapeutic relationships where patients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care.
Teresa has experience across private practice and hospital-based settings throughout the Durham Region, treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation. Her approach integrates manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, and patient education to support meaningful, long-term outcomes.
Through her academic training and clinical placements, Teresa developed a strong interest in pelvic health physiotherapy, leading her to complete multiple pelvic courses, including her Levels 1 and 2, as well as a pregnancy and pelvic girdle pain course. She is enrolled in Level 3, and looks forward to doing more courses to expand her scope of practice.
Outside of the clinic, Teresa enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors for walks, and following sports of all types!
