Kelly Giroux

P.T(M.Sc PT) Physiotherapist

Kelly is a Physiotherapist who graduated with her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland. She also holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) and a Fitness & Health Promotion Diploma. Kelly believes in the influence of physiotherapist-patient relationships as they play a key role in physical and psychological treatment outcomes, as well as improving patient experience and likelihood of adopting preventative health behaviours.

Kelly has a passion for overall health and well-being, as well as for the human body and movement. She has a range of clinical experience with acute and long-term musculoskeletal injuries and disorders, neurological rehabilitation, respiratory conditions and post-operative therapy and wound care. Her treatment approach incorporates manual therapy with education and customized exercise prescription for long-term benefits, as well as to support and motivate her patients to achieve their full potential. Her further training in cupping, taping and strapping allows for supplemental treatment options.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys exercise, trying new things and being in the sunshine!
